Terms of Service

Welcome to TrustLine VPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and us, governing your access to and use of the TrustLine VPN application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use our App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license is provided solely to allow you to use the App as intended by us, and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App for any other purpose, including commercial purposes, without obtaining prior written consent from us.

2. User Obligations

As a user of TrustLine VPN, you are responsible for your actions within the App. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the App. Additionally, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

- Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or leasing any part of our App, nor attempting to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the software, unless such actions are expressly permitted by law or you have our written consent.
- Using the App in a way that disrupts, impairs, or negatively impacts other users’ experience or the functionality of the App itself.
- Compromising the security of the App or attempting unauthorized access through hacking, password mining, or other means.
- Collecting or storing personal data of other users without their consent.
- Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or engaging in activities that violate these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, are owned by or licensed to TrustLine VPN. Using the App does not grant you ownership of any part of the App or its content. Except as explicitly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its software, nor attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code, unless such actions are prohibited by law.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the App shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustLine VPN, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App. TrustLine VPN is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access to or use of the App, your account, or the information contained therein.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms or by sending you a notification via the app or email. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where TrustLine VPN is available and downloaded, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
